Hello, this is how the preorder works.

ATM is just one person making clothes, that means the preorder period could be closed earlier to prevent overloading if customers place many orders.

Only the items placed in the PREORDER section are available for preordering. If you want to preorder any item out of this section just ask me if it is possible to do it.

- When the preorder period gets closed you have three days to make your payment. 

- If you don’t pay your order in those three days the order becomes automatically cancelled.

- Once the preorder is closed and the payment is confirmed the production process of your order starts. Will be working in the preorder for not less than a month, please be concerned about the waiting period when you submit your order.

- Customers product processing order is FPFS, that means “First Paid First Served”.

If you make an order with regular and preorder items in it they will be shipped together when the preorder ones are finished. If you want the regular items to be shipped faster make two different orders at the eshop, one with the regular items and one with the preorder items.
